One of CCC’s goals is to set itself apart from other providers with exceptional care, facilities and resources.
Our individuals have a voice and CCC takes great pride in the fact that the voices of both our individuals and their loved ones will be heard. We work with our individuals in creating programs, activities and outings, making sure that these things reflect the character, likes and interests of our clientele.
It is extremely important that the decision to use CCC be a good “fit” for both our participants and CCC. We understand that CCC is not perfect, but for those that do choose us relentless pursuit of perfection is the goal.
Comfort Community Center LLC (“CCC”) is a healthcare provider that is always trying to stay ahead of the curve. As a company we strive to anticipate the ever changing climate of the personal care services industry.
CCC adjusts to both the needs and wants of individuals and their respective family members. Our “hands on” approach allows us to see potential issues developing before they actually arise. CCC is able to then make the necessary and appropriate adjustments to ensure that the individuals continue to have a satisfying and rewarding experience with regards to the services we provide.
CCC understands that working with adults with disabilities requires a specialized staff. Each staff member must be compatible with the individual for which they work. A personality match between the worker and the individual he or she serves can be as important as the skill set of each staff member. We are constantly training our staff members to ensure they are able to provide the highest level of care. We hold our staff members to high standards and demand that they be both compassionate and understanding with those in their care. In order to provide our clients with the best experience it requires teamwork among CCC, the staff member, the individual and their loved ones.
Client comments, concerns and complaints are taken seriously by CCC. Addressing feedback is a vital part of providing high level service to our individuals. All feedback is promptly addressed and a solution is carefully crafted. We try to put ourselves in the shoes of our clients and their loved ones and ask ourselves “Would I be satisfied with the level of care being provided?”. Our staff and supervisors are extremely attentive to the needs of our clients and they are trained address feedback as a top priority with understanding, compassion, courtesy and professionalism.
After Emmanuel Wohiren, Executive Director, decided that what was being offered to the developmentally disabled population wasn’t good enough, he set about making a Center that would serve the population in the manner they deserved.
